Empty Walls = Shirt Sleeve Dream Catcher DIY

My bare walls were starting to make me uncomfortable, so I cut up a shirt and made these dream catcher things. I used all recycled materials for these because now when I have a job and an actual normal income, I’m cheaper than ever.

I originally wanted to add some black beads to these, but that didn’t work out, so ignore those in the photo above.

I used some old round wire frames as the base. I cut up the chiffon fabric and wrapped that a couple of times around the frames. I secured everything with a layer of yarn on top of the chiffon.

After that I tied some chiffon strings to the frames.

Had to resist the urge to make pentagrams at this last step. It’s always a struggle to keep my inner goth at bay. Part of me wants to live like the Addams family, the other part wants colorful furniture and light, airy, modern spaces.
